I can't log in:
First, contact the administrator for NDS at your organization and they can reset your password for you under User Management. If that doesn't work...
Send us answers to the following questions:
- What module are you trying to access? Name of Module or URL?
- What is your username or email?
- What is your Agency Key?
- Do you need your password reset and/or your security question changed?
I have another issue:
If something in NDS is not working for you and you call or email the NDS Help Desk, we require the following information so we can more quickly resolve your request.
- What is your Agency Key (aka Agency ID)?
- You can find this in the top right when you log into NACCRAware: Agency: xxxxxx
- Which module were you using when you experienced the issue?
- What were you doing when you experienced the issue? Please, be as detailed as you can by sharing the URL, taking a screenshot or screencast (live recording), and/or describing what you were doing in a few sentences. If you saw an error, please copy and paste the message or take a screenshot.
Other possibly helpful information:
- Is the error related to a specific user? Is so, can you share that user's credentials so that we can test from our end?
- What browser are you using? What version do you have installed?
- Note that we support Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari browsers.
- Note that we do not support Internet Explorer (though we used to).
- What type of computer are you using? What Operating System are you using?
